Thousands of miles away from the successful IFS Unleashed event, our Middle East team brought the same electrifying energy to the great GITEX Global event in Dubai.
GITEX Global features every major technology player, trend, and vertical, covering sectors including smart cities, cybersecurity, the data economy, mobility, healthcare, and telecoms. Held at the Dubai World Trade Center between 10-14 October, the five-day event attracted over 100,000 attendees from across 170+ countries. It was great to see so many of you there!

On Day 2 of GITEX, we saw Keith O’Kelly, Chief Revenue Officer at IFS assyst, share how Enterprise Service Management (ESM), an extension of ITSM, is seeing great demand as a result of organizations looking to modernize the employee experience. He further explained how IFS assyst is helping enterprises achieve customer excellence by promoting synergy in the workplace and elevating the service experience.

On Day 4, GITEX attendees who were curious about how assyst helps organizations deliver great Moments of Service had the chance to learn more about the solution.
