Jodie Bryan

As Global Customer Advocacy manager, Jodie Bryan is responsible for the recruitment and management of a set of IFS customers who act as advocates and references across multiple segments of the business. Jodie is responsible for building strong relationships with IFS customers, designing programs to support the sales and marketing teams and working closely with the communications team to showcase customer success internally and externally. Jodie is part of the Global Campaign team and maintains strong alignment to both the sales and marketing organizations to ensure that the reference strategy supports the overall business goals and teams.
