One of Europe’s leading exhibitions and conferences for ITSM, service desk, and IT support professionals made a comeback last week for a great 2-day event, from 10-11 May at ExCeL London. Visitors of SITS can observe how forward-thinkers are navigating ongoing changes in the way we work which allows them to spot the diverse opportunities for service desk and IT support. The show contained a free education program featuring expert speakers that provided valuable insights into AI, enterprise service management, automation, ITIL, customer and employee experience, self-service, and more.

The exhibition was filled with insightful keynotes and presentations from expert speakers, engaging workshops, and thought-provoking seminars. From creating a remote team where people thrive to promoting inclusion and collaboration in your Service Management team, there is a wide range of topics revolving around how to bring the best out of your workforce with the help of technology.
It was refreshing to hear various people share their insights and advice on tackling some of the most challenging aspects of ITSM.
Product demos that drew the crowd
As various talks and gatherings kept the whole of ExCeL abuzz, things were just as lively at our stand!
