Service Object 360 is a page designed for call takers, dispatchers, and others to get a comprehensive view of the object in a quick manner using a lobby-like view. This combination provides a 360° view of your assets and detailed information across your entire install base, including components, subcomponents, and multi-level structures, simplifying the administration of recurring services for these assets.

  2. Objects: Access objects, child objects, and spare parts. Reference lifecycle journals with visual representations of cost and revenue for each service asset.
  3. By asset: Includes applicable contracts, service history, and recurring service programs attached to each asset.
