IFS has come a long way over the last three years. Not only have we achieved significant growth, welcomed many new global companies to our customer community and transformed the IFS brand, but our expert team has been working hard to innovate, transform and extend our technology, functionality, and experience. 2021 saw the launch of IFS Cloud, a unique, single platform with a reimagined user experience, single data model, and industry-leading customer lifecycle experience. IFS Cloud brings a composable architecture, delivering simplicity, choice and innovation to organizations that need to evolve new business models, control costs, expand faster, and serve their customers better.
To date, the take-up has been incredible. We have already celebrated three IFS Cloud release updates containing a plethora of new features in Service that further increase the accuracy of optimization and predictability of work and capacity as well as empowering field technicians to deliver best-in-class service.
But IFS isn’t the only business that has experienced changes during this time; global pandemic aside, the last two years have created new decision-making dynamics and put organizations under immense pressure.
With so much change, challenge, and growth in the last three years, our 2022 customer conference ‘IFS Unleashed’ provides the perfect platform for IFS to reconnect with our customers, understand their challenges today, and tomorrow and provide new ways they can unleash their organization’s full potential to deliver amazing Moments of Service.
Unleashing the power of conversation
The true value of IFS Unleashed, in my experience, is the invaluable face-to-face conversations and networking that takes place. Not just with our expert IFS team but between our valued customers, many of whom are leaders in their industry. To get the conversation started, our Service Management theatre is set to be a hotbed of customer-driven sessions. Three days of presentations, panel sessions and use case examples, specifically dedicated to service industry topics and challenges and featuring IFS customers, partners, and industry leaders. From sustainability, workforce scheduling, and remote service to how to take service global, the journey to IFS Cloud and transitioning to an outcome-based model, we have an impressive line-up of guest speakers from all over the world taking to the stage to provide unmissable stories and insights.
Alongside the Service Management Theatre, there will be a chance to explore our service management solutions up close, provide the opportunity for attendees to explore the products through live demos led by IFS experts and attend even more sessions in the product theatres. Rest assured, there is no shortage of industry-leading content.
IFS Unleashed will host a wealth of other industry zones and content theatres that will explore how service management use cases are also intrinsic to Energy, Utilities & Resources (EU&R), Telecommunications, Construction and Engineering, Aerospace & Defense (A&D), and Manufacturing.
Creating a community in Service City
Taking over the Miami Beach Convention Center, our exhibition zone is bigger and better than I’ve ever seen. In 2022 we cannot wait to welcome guests to Service City – not aimed at just one industry but encompassing all organizations with a service-centric mantra. Service City will provide an interactive space where guests can experience our technology, see the latest product developments, learn how to maximize value from technology investments, and gain direct access to IFS experts. From C-level leaders to operational managers, Service City will bring the service community together in a focused space that encourages collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
With only four months to go, IFS Unleashed will be an event to remember. I can’t wait to meet our new customers in person (many for the first time) and reconnect with our valued long-standing customers and partners for a week of insight but also plenty of fun.
