This is the eighth in our series of conversations with members of the IFS partner community. For this installment of our partner blog, we’re back in the Nordics to meet up with a local partner that works with IFS Applications.
Levilo is one of the first partners that I started to work with at IFS. It’s been exciting to work closely with them in order to develop their target market and how more customers can benefit from their services.
I asked Björn Bondeson, Sales and Marketing Manager, about what they focus on and what’s next for Levilo. Here are the highlights from that conversation:
How long have you been a partner of IFS?
Levilo was founded in 2006 and we have been focusing on adding real business value to IFS customers ever since. In 2015 we finally became an official partner and since 2016 we’ve been a channel partner.
Why did you decide to team up with IFS?
From the beginning, we have specialized in IFS Applications and that still applies. We see IFS Applications as one of the most complete business systems on the market with very high potential and we do not work with any other ERP vendors. With that being said, the partnership was a natural step for us to take.
What does the ideal Levilo customer look like?
A company headquartered in Sweden and with operations in the areas of life science, wholesale, retail or service management. It is often a company that is looking for a long-term solution and is searching for a partner rather than a supplier. We want to be close to the customer and support them on their digitalization journey, all the way through.
In what countries do you operate?
We are primarily focusing on having a strong local presence in Sweden, but also in the rest of Scandinavia. Over the years, our customers have grown and today many of them do business all over the world. As a result, we now also have experience and knowledge to work globally.
What makes Levilo unique?
Levilo’s main goal is to offer all aspects of IFS Applications and cover the complete lifecycle of the system. We have a local presence in Scandinavia and can offer systems, services and apps to make it easier for customers to buy and use IFS Applications.
We see our customers more as partners and that we will do our utmost for them to grow and become more competitive with IFS Applications as their ERP system. Levilo offers a long-term business relation, strong commitment from our employees and is an easy partner to work with.
How would you describe your firm’s values and how do they align with IFS?
Like IFS, we always strive to have a transparent way of working with our customers, partners and colleagues. In short, I think Levilo can be characterized by our focus on simplicity, commitment and professionalism.
