On November 24-26 IFS hosted its 2nd annual APJ & MEA Partner Summit. The Summit took place virtually and was packed with content to provide IFS partners with insights, updates and tools to help them plan and prepare their business for continued growth and success in 2021 and beyond.
Overall, 200 partners registered for the summit. If you were unable to join us, below is a recap to catch you up on what you missed.
Cracking the code to success
Stephen Keys kicked off the summit welcoming attendees with a Keynote to share IFS’s vision and approach to working with Partners in the coming years.
Delegates then attended enablement tracks where they heard from Jason Pearce, Stephan Amling, Martin Schirmer and John Bryceland on various topics including the IFS Sales Methodology, IFS Cloud, and Partnerships for Customer Success. Day one wrapped up with a marketing session by Vee Baker informing partners of demand generation opportunities and marketing resources that are available for their use.
Let’s dive deeper, shall we?
On day two of the summit, partners returned with energy and excitement. Much of the day was spent diving deeper into IFS methodologies, tools, and products all in the name of improving partner and customer experience. Partners also experienced a demonstration of IFS Aurena highlighting Aurena’s consumer-centric, customizable interface that enables customers to work in the way that suits them best.
A Focus on Partners & Customers
To kick off day three, IFS customer PT-Samator and IFS Partner PT ISI in Indonesia, spoke about the IFS customer-centric approach and the value they’ve derived from working this way. The day continued with informational sessions about maximizing value and driving toward a successful 2021, IFS Safeguarding and a presentation and demonstration of real-time scheduling and optimization.
Overall the Summit was well balanced with business and IT content, quizzes, polls, and Q&A sessions. Initial feedback from delegates has been extremely positive with one delegate commenting, “the summit was very informative and helpful in understanding the direction IFS is setting and for us to align with this strategy.”
