Gartner has named IFS a Leader in the Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management with IFS positioned furthest in completeness of vision.

For the sixth consecutive time, IFS has been named in the Leaders quadrant of the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management.

This is of course no surprise to us at IFS—we have built our software, top-to-bottom, to help businesses meet their moment of service. We do that with a team purpose-built for service, with unmatched industry credentials, service delivery experience, and technical aptitude.

We feel that Gartner has acknowledged this combination of software power and industry knowledge and are proud to continue to set the standards for delivery of service excellence.
