For the second year in a row, IFS is pleased to announce that we have been recognized for excellence by the Best in Biz Awards.
IFS Applications, our component-based extended enterprise software, was awarded silver in the Best New Version of the Year category. Additionally, our customer-first attitude was recognized by Best in Biz’s Most Customer-Friendly Company of the Year category where IFS took bronze. This recognition fully supports IFS’s mission to help organizations achieve true business agility, so that no matter what happens next, in the market, with technological advances, they always come out on top. We consider our relationships with our customers a true partnership.
The release of IFS Applications 9 introduced a large number of new features and more than 500 enhancements to existing features, all designed to give our customers the agility they need to capitalize on business change. Among these popular new features is IFS Lobby, an innovation that offers users at-a-glance, real-time visibility into exactly the information they need, when they need it. We believe that adding these exciting enhancements to our leading agile enterprise solution gives our customers the best chance to face the changing world and come out successfully. We are honored that this effort was recognized by the Best in Biz as we continue to deliver on our promise to provide capable solutions for the most demanding challenges our customers face. Moreover, we are proud that our continuous efforts to ensure that all our customers are highly satisfied with their IFS solution were recognized by our placement in the Most Customer-Friendly Companies of the Year category. Above all else, customer satisfaction is what matters most to us. We will continue to design and develop our leading enterprise software in collaboration with our customers. “The recognition by Best in Biz in two categories honors our commitments to product excellence and customer satisfaction,” said Cindy Jaudon, IFS Americas president and CEO.
“Customers that have already adopted IFS Applications 9 are reporting time savings, significant improvements to business processes and reductions in costs. These benefits will continue to make our customers happy over the long term.” continued Jaudon.
The winners of Best in Biz Awards 2015 were determined based on scoring from an independent panel of 46 judges from highly recognized newspapers, business, consumer and technology publications, radio outlets and analyst firms. The annual Best in Biz Awards is comprised of 60 award categories across five focus areas: company, department or team, executive, product, and PR and media.
