IFS has just recently announced the acquisition of Metrix—a service management and mobility expert.
In different roles and positions within IFS, I have been actively selling, marketing and outlining product directions for the IFS Service Management solution for about 15 years, so for me personally, it’s a great day today to welcome Metrix, both employees and customers, to the IFS family.
With joint forces, I am 100% sure we will achieve greater results, delivering more and smarter product and service innovations to the service industry.
