Ravi Bulusu is a seasoned technologist, multi-time startup founder, and enterprise engineering leader who holds multiple patents. Currently, he is CTO of IFS Loops. Throughout his career, Ravi has been at the forefront of building scalable AI and distributed systems, with experience spanning companies such as Splunk, VMware, and Aisera. In 2021, with the backing of Dell Technologies Capital, Tidal Ventures and WestWave Capital, Ravi and his co-founder Somya Kapoor launched TheLoops AI, focused on transforming customer experience operations with real-time intelligence. TheLoops rapidly gained traction with leading SaaS companies and was acquired by IFS (HG Capital, EQT Partners) in June 2025. Today, Ravi and the team are focused on building the next generation of Agentic AI and Digital Workers for industrial enterprises.
