Recently, I was speaking with a senior operations leader at one of the world’s largest energy companies. Like most business leaders, he’s been watching the AI space closely but cautiously, the way people do when they’ve seen technology promises come and go. Then he said something that’s stuck with me: “We’re not waiting anymore. The question now is not if, but how will the people in business using AI use their industry expertise to accelerate and grow the organization?”

That’s the question IFS Unleashed 2026 is built to answer.

Today I’m excited to share the first look at the agenda for IFS Unleashed 2026, taking place October 12–16 in Orlando, Florida.  Expect more industry leaders, visionary speakers, and agenda details to be revealed in the coming weeks.

The Era of Limitless Industry

Every industrial operation runs at a fraction of what it’s actually capable of. The constraint isn’t talent, capital, or ambition. It’s the systems.

This October, we’re naming the era that comes next: Limitless Industry. And IFS Unleashed 2026 is where we prove it – with live demonstrations, global customers on stage, and real outcomes from real operations.

Day One: The Era and the Proof

IFS CEO, Mark Moffat, opens with a keynote declaring the next industrial chapter, backed by what’s already in production. A global industry-leading CEO takes us inside the boardroom conversations actually happening right now about workforce, capital, and AI.

The flagship moment is the Industrial AI Platform launch: IFS Chief Product & Customer Officer, Cathie Hall, leading a live demonstration with a number of the world’s most progressive industrial leaders. Real assets, real workforce, Forward Deployed Engineers configuring live on stage. Not a product announcement. A live proof point, reflecting how businesses are building and creating value at pace.

Day Two: The Ecosystem Multiplier

No one builds an era alone. Day two is where the momentum we have created with the world’s leading AI and infrastructure innovators reveals itself.

Kriti Sharma, CEO of IFS Nexus Black, takes us inside the IFS lab building Industrial AI for real-world operations – the architecture, the applications already in production, and why generic AI fails in industrial environments. Somya Kapoor, CEO of IFS Loops, follows with a live demonstration of digital, robotic, and human workers operating as one closed loop across a real industrial operation on stage.

Frontier AI and robotics partnerships are announced, and a category-defining customer walks through their full transformation arc – from standing start to production, in months.

Day Three: The Human Angle

All of this exists for the people who actually run the physical world. Day three is for them.

Speakers from Cadillac Formula 1 team open the day: leaders who know what it takes to commit when the odds are against you – told by people who’ve actually done it.

The Operators, a new global community for industrial operations leaders, are launched alongside the inaugural Operators Awards – recognizing customers for what they have actually delivered, with operational footage taking the audience inside the real environments where results were delivered.

IFS Chief Sustainability Officer, Sophie Graham, takes on the hardest question of the era: how industry pursues what’s now possible within the limits of a planet that has none to spare.

Mark Moffat closes with reflection on the path forward. Three days ago, attendees were stuck. They leave changed.

The technology is finally ready for the environments where it has to work. Not controlled lab conditions, but operations that can’t shut down, running 24/7, with decades of institutional knowledge they can’t afford to rip out. That’s what IFS builds for. That’s what Unleashed 2026 proves.

If you build, maintain, or power the world, this is your gathering.

IFS Unleashed 2026 takes place October 12–16 at the Orlando World Center Marriott, Florida. Full speaker announcements to follow.
