KAIREP – Crystal to IFS Report Converter

  • KAIREP is an automation-driven solution that converts Crystal Reports into layouts compatible with IFS Report Designer. It includes pre-conversion validation to identify incompatibility and produces reports ready for use in IFS Report Studio, helping organizations transition reporting assets in a controlled way as part of a move to IFS Cloud.
  • By reducing manual conversion effort and identifying issues early in the process, KAIREP supports reporting continuity during upgrades. Customers can convert Crystal Reports in advance of an IFS Cloud upgrade, ensuring reporting assets are ready before the upgrade process begins.

KAITEST – Test Automation Platform

  • KAITEST is a test automation platform for IFS Cloud environments, supporting regression, integration, concurrent, performance, and volume testing. It enables users to record IFS business flows in the browser and manage reusable test scenarios, helping teams validate changes consistently as configurations, patches, and upgrades are applied. The platform also supports IFS Mobile use cases and integration scenarios such as MWO and PSO, with visibility into execution status and results, along with comprehensive reporting options

KAIMIG – Data Migration and Archive

  • KAIMIG is a fully automated data migration (ETL) tool designed for organizations implementing or upgrading IFS solutions. It supports extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, loading, and reconciliation of legacy data into IFS Cloud, helping teams manage one of the most time-consuming phases of IFS programs in a more structured way. By enabling reuse of migration configurations across development, test, and production environments including global rollouts and by providing multi-level reconciliation and validation, KAIMIG supports consistent execution of migrations across project phases, helping reduce rework and minimize disruption during delivery.

KAISEC – Security Permissions Migrator

  • KAISEC automates the migration of permission sets from IFS Applications 10, 9, or 8 to IFS Cloud. With validation, live preview, and functional comparison of permission configurations, it supports controlled migration of security settings and helps teams verify outcomes before changes are applied across environments, minimizing disruption and reducing the need for rework post-upgrade. It also enables test users to start functional testing as soon as the technical upgrade is completed.

KAIDOC – Secure Document Transfer

  • KAIDOC supports the migration of documents from legacy repositories, including Microsoft SharePoint, into IFS Document Management (Docman). It preserves folder structures and access rules, supports high-volume transfers, and provides dashboards and logs to monitor and control migration execution, helping organizations maintain document continuity and traceability as content is moved into IFS.

Supporting consistent delivery across the IFS lifecycle

IFS Cloud programs span multiple phases and environments, from initial implementation through upgrades and ongoing updates. Across these phases, delivery teams are required to execute the same core activities repeatedly, often under tight timelines and governance requirements.
