Tina Carlile is a manufacturing industry leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning supply chain management, manufacturing operations, ERP, and digital transformation. Her career began in manufacturing, where she held leadership roles in materials management and supply chain at Magna International before transitioning into enterprise software and industry advisory leadership. Over the past two decades, Tina has partnered with manufacturers around the world to help align business strategy, operational excellence, and technology investments to drive measurable business outcomes. Prior to joining IFS, she held senior consulting and advisory roles with QAD and Infor, working closely with executive teams on transformation initiatives across a wide range of manufacturing sectors. As a Global Manufacturing Industry Director at IFS, Tina will help shape manufacturing industry strategy, support customers and prospects in navigating industry challenges, and work across the organization to deliver innovative solutions that help manufacturers improve performance, accelerate growth, and create lasting business value. Tina holds an MBA from Eastern Michigan University.
