Somya Kapoor is a serial startup exec and enterprise tech and product leader. As present, she is CEO of IFS Loops. Throughout her career, Somya has been at the forefront of AI, from the early days of prediction and machine learning at SAP and ServiceNow to the rise of chatbots and GenAI. In 2021 with the backing of Dell Technologies Capital, Tidal Ventures and WestWave Capital, Somya and her co-founder Ravi Bulusu emerged from stealth to launch TheLoops AI, at the forefront of AI-driven CX operations. TheLoops attracted top SaaS companies as customers (Bloomreach, Gainsight, Outreach), grew revenue by 3x and was acquired by IFS (HG Capital, EQT Partners in June of 2025). These days, Somya and the team are building the leading Agentic AI and digital workers for the Industrial sector. Outside of her day to day role, Somya contributes to industry panels, events and podcasts, supports initiatives to advance women in AI and raises her daughter to be entrepreneurial and courageous.
