Last month I visited a customer for a half-day workshop. Seven of the company’s key decision-makers were around the table and it was a wholly productive meeting. Just as we broke for lunch, someone asked if their apprentice could join us. She did. And when she started sharing more about how she was applying technology to the company’s biggest opportunities, it was clear that her influence as a change agent was huge. How It Works Attending companies are invited to nominate a rising star aged 25 or under who is already delivering measurable innovation in their organisation. We’re looking for people working in manufacturing, energy, construction, aerospace, or related sectors; people who have driven real outcomes using technology, automation, or data, and who are recognised as emerging leaders in their field. Nominations are open to companies that have purchased a minimum of two full event tickets. As part of this process, nominees must submit a one-minute video pitch explaining why they should be selected. From all entries, an IFS judging panel will shortlist up to 100 nominees, each of whom will receive a complimentary ticket and accommodation to IFS Unleashed.
