As Global Director for the Microsoft Strategic Partnership at IFS, Susan is responsible for leveraging Microsoft’s global reach to drive software sales, strategies, and deployments. With over 20 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in cloud sales, business development, and partner ecosystems. Before joining IFS, Susan spent 14 years at Microsoft in senior leadership roles, leading industry sales for the Americas region and global business strategy for public sector and commercial industries. Earlier in her career, Susan held leadership positions at Sun Microsystems and Oracle, focused global revenue expansion, strategic alliances, and cloud adoption across key global accounts. In addition, Susan has served on the boards of non-profits and ISVs. She holds an executive MBA from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Portsmouth. Based in Redmond, Washington, she is dedicated to driving innovation and long-term success for IFS and its global partners.
