She has over 15 years of experience in people-focused roles, with a background in behavioral science, leadership development, and business-oriented HR within global IT and technology companies. Her experience spans both HR and commercial roles, providing a foundation for her dedication towards business-aligned HR. In her current role at IFS, she focuses on building a high-performance culture where employees are motivated to grow, contribute, and engage, supporting IFS’ vision to be the undisputed leader in Industrial AI. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development. She is based in Linköping, Sweden.
