Gartner has named IFS a Leader in the 2022 Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management, with IFS positioned furthest in completeness of vision, and highest in ability to execute.

This is, as it has been the last seven times, no surprise to us—We feel that the composability, breadth of capabilities, and industry expertise in our products speak for themselves.

We feel that Gartner has acknowledged this mix of strengths and we are pleased and proud to be recognized for the excellence of our products and support yet again.

Here’s what we think helped IFS get recognized in this report:

Solution Substance

It’s one thing to have the sort of product breadth that IFS has—we have developed a suite of capabilities that stands alone in our ability to manage service, projects, and assets under a single banner across the entirety of the global enterprise. Within those capabilities, IFS offers the depth of support to deliver service without compromise.

Industry Obsession

We deliver that breadth and depth through focusing our efforts on our core industries. This focus, embedded in our products, ensures that solutions contour to the specific service functions that they’re meant to enrich. We use our industry knowledge to build solutions that enable technicians and staff with the tools and automation they expect, without getting in their way.

Enterprise Scalability

IFS is focused on helping you master service complexity without compromising on territory size or technician count. Through our industry-leading planning and scheduling optimization to our expanding enterprise asset management capabilities, we’re built with uncompromised support for today’s objectives, and an eye towards tomorrow’s growth.
